The Academy organizes talent pitches to aid discovery of latent talent--or the expression of established aptitude--for onward proper grooming and development. Students are exposed to a myriad of experiments in which they manifest inner ingenuities, and are assigned to coaches and mentors. Being aware that talent is never enough, the Academy teaches trade and industry techniques for phenomenal success.
